You would be living with an Italian engineer (30) and a Mexican physiotherapist (27). The apartment is a bright and modern 4.5 room flat located near the Bucheggplatz area, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. It offers the perfect balance between city life and a comfortable relaxed home environment, with excellent public transport connections nearby. The flat is well laid out and fully equipped with modern fittings, including a private washer and dryer Waschturm directly in the apartment for added convenience. **Key features:** * 4.5 rooms * Gross rent CHF 1,275 per month * Modern interior and fittings * Private washer and dryer in the apartment * Quiet neighborhood * Excellent public transport connections We both have busy schedules and our own routines, so the flat is generally calm and respectful of personal space. At the same time, we enjoy a friendly atmosphere. We like to chat in the living room, share a coffee, or catch up when we are around. We are looking for someone who values a peaceful home, is easygoing and independent, and especially keeps shared spaces clean and tidy so everyone can feel comfortable. If you are looking for a well located, relaxed, and welcoming place to live, we would love to hear from you!0
