It offers the perfect balance between city life and a comfortable relaxed home environment, with excellent public transport connections nearby. The flat is well laid out and fully equipped with modern fittings, including a private washer and dryer Waschturm directly in the apartment for added convenience. **Key features:** * 4.5 rooms * Gross rent CHF 1,275 per month * Modern interior and fittings * Private washer and dryer in the apartment * Quiet neighborhood * Excellent public transport connections We both have busy schedules and our own routines, so the flat is generally calm and respectful of personal space.
