15m2 room, with a 160/200 double bed and a big wardrobe. Also a bedside table and a small velvet chair. The room is in a 90m2 apartment (biggest room in it). Only shared with one other person, shared dining, living room, equipped kitchen (with washing machine), a bathroom and an extra storage room! There is also a balcony with lakeside view! Looking for someone with a quiet lifestyle (to adapt to the building environment), ideally a student or young professional. Who is looking for a place to stay until end of April or beginning of May 2027 (we can make small adjustments if needed). Non smoker and no pets allowed.

You would be living just with me, a 23yo young worker. I’m originally from France and speak multiple languages, I mostly stay at home and am not noisy so I’m sure we could get along! I have previously lived with other roommates for my studies so I know how it is :)
