The peaceful and pleasant surroundings provide an ideal place to relax and unwind. The kitchen and living room on the ground floor, as well as the bathroom on the first floor, are shared. Washing and drying facilities are available in the basement. The room has underfloor heating, and Wi-Fi is included in the rent. A parking space directly in front of the house is also available.
