We're looking for a cozy and affordable room in a shared apartment for both of us, preferably near the University of Zurich (UZH) or with good public transport connections. Our preferred areas include Dübendorf, Oerlikon, Schlieren, Altstetten, and surrounding neighborhoods, but we're flexible with the location. Our budget is up to CHF 900 per month for both of us, ideally including utilities. We're perfectly comfortable sharing one bedroom, and since we don't have many belongings, we don't need a lot of space. We're hoping to move in as soon as possible. Ideally, Luana would stay until July 2027, while I initially plan to stay until January, with the possibility of extending my stay depending on my residence permit. We're looking for more than just a place to sleep. We'd love to find a welcoming home with friendly flatmates who enjoy occasional conversations, shared meals, or simply a relaxed atmosphere, while respecting everyone's privacy and independence.

Luana is my fiancée and is currently pursuing her PhD in Evolutionary Biology at the University of Zurich, where she studies bees.
