The apartment is on a quiet street but still very central. ETH Zentrum is 15 minutes away by tram or 7 minutes by bike, Stadelhofen is 7 minutes away and Zürich HB takes 12 minutes by tram. All grocery shops are within walking distance, and at Stadelhofen there is an Aldi and a Coop that are open until 10 in the evening, including Sundays. We are offering one unfurnished room: Room 3 with around 13.1 m². The whole apartment is being fully renovated and the walls will be freshly painted white, so you get a clean slate to make the room your own. The rent is 1110 CHF per month, including heating, electricity and internet. The apartment has one big shared kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, a separate WC and a storage room. There is a washing machine shared with the other apartments in the building, a large garden that everyone can use, and a place to park your bike right outside. We also have 2.5 Gbit internet, so nobody will be fighting over bandwidth. Over ons
Your flatmates would be Felix (21) and me, Razvan (23). I studied mechanical engineering at ETH and am nearing the end of my Master's, and Felix is currently doing his Bachelor's in the same field. In our free time we enjoy tinkering with electronics and other projects, going on hikes, and skiing in winter. We also like movie nights and spend far too much time perfecting our espresso. We are quite talkative and enjoy photography, so a Sharknado marathon on the projector is definitely on the table.
