Gemütliches WG-Zimmer im Brisgi, Baden Ab sofort oder nach Absprache ist ein gemütliches Zimmer im Brisgi direkt an der Limmat, zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist ideal für Wochenaufenthalter, Studierende und Praktikanten. Das 20m² große Zimmer ist möbliert. In der WG werden die Küche, das Bad und WC (WC separat) gemeinsam genutzt. Die Miete beträgt total 950 CHF,- inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung, WLAN (Salt: Highspeed Glasfaser) und zwei-wöchentlicher Reinigung des gemeinsamen Bereichs. Ein Parkplatz kann für 50 CHF,- gemietet werden. Alle anderen Nebenkosten sind bereits im Mietpreis enthalten . Ein Geschäft (Denner und Migrolino) befindet sich in Gehweite. Die Limmat befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem Joggingweg Richtung Fortyseven und Siggenthal. Das Zimmer bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Limmat und Richtung Ennetbaden. Die Bushaltestelle Ifang / Kapelle ist in 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Google Maps). The room is ideal for weekly residents, students and interns. The 20m² room is furnished. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet (separate toilet) are shared in the shared apartment. The total rent is CHF 950, including utilities, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi (Salt: high-speed fiber optic), and bi-weekly cleaning of the shared areas. A parking space can be rented for CHF 50. All other side costs are included in the rent. A grocery store (Denner, Migrolino: fuel station) is within walking distance. The Limmat river is in the immediate vicinity with a jogging path towards Fortyseven and Siggenthal. The room offers a wonderful view of the Limmat and towards Ennetbaden. The bus stop Ifang / Kapelle is an 8-10 minute walk away (Google Maps). Zu uns: Wir sind Patrick (35,) und Enikö (41). Ich (Patrick), arbeite derzeit im HomeOffice und Enikö ist meist in der Umgebung von Basel. Wir sind offen und bemühen uns um ein gutes Miteinander. Wir haben bspw. einen gemeinsamen Esstisch. Besichtigungen werden am besten vor Ort durchgeführt. // About us: We are Patrick (35) and Enikö (41).
