I am renting out a ~12m² room with its own private bathroom, in a newly built, light-filled apartment right at the base of Uetliberg. The location offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, green setting close to nature, with a convenient tram connection to Zurich city centre (less than 15 min to Paradeplatz). A bit about me: I am Swiss, 33, and work in strategy. Having grown up in Uri, I still love spending time in the mountains and am usually away from home on weekends, so you will often have the apartment to yourself. At home, I value a calm, respectful and easygoing atmosphere. I am looking for a considerate female flatmate who appreciates a peaceful living environment. The room is available temporarily, but I am open to discussing the exact tenure. Suggestion: until August 2027.
