About 18.5m² room with parquet flooring, a big window and direct access to the balcony. The room is not furnished but some furniture could be bought from the current occupant. The modern and comfortable kitchen as well as the small but pretty bathroom are fully equipped. All utilities (including internet) are included in the rent.
