La camera
Das Zimmer ist mir mit knapp 20 m² groß, gut geschnitten und sehr hell. Die meisten Möbel (Bett, Tisch, Schrank, Sessel etc.) können übernommen werden, aber das ist natürlich kein Muss. Die Küche mit Esstisch bietet viel Platz zum Kochen und zum gemeinsamen Essen; das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig geschnitten. Ausserdem verfügt das Haus über eine Waschküche. The room is spacious (about 20 m²) and, thanks to the big windows, beautifully bright. Most of the furniture (bed, table, wardrobe, etc.) can be taken over, but of course this isn’t compulsory. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and shared meals, and the living room is generously sized. The house also has a laundry room.

Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene Person, die Lust auf ein entspanntes und freundschaftliches WG-Leben hat. Wichtig ist, dass wir uns gut verstehen und eine angenehme WG-Atmosphäre schaffen können. Wenn es sich ergibt, essen wir mal zusammen, trinken ein Bier oder quatschen in der Küche. Im Alltag macht bei uns jede*r auch gerne sein/ihr eigenes Ding und hat seinen/ihren eigenen Rhythmus. Wir schätzen eine offene Kommunikation und freuen uns, wenn du uns und unsere Wohnung kennenlernen möchtest. Außerdem suchen wir möglichst jemanden, der/die bereit ist, die Hauptmieterschaft zu übernehmen. Das Einzugsdatum wäre der 01.02.27 oder nach Absprache. We are looking for an open-minded flatmate who is up for a relaxed and friendly shared living experience. For us, the most important thing is that the vibe is good and that we can create a warm, easygoing atmosphere together in the flat. From time to time, we enjoy sharing a meal, having a beer, or simply hanging out and chatting. At the same time, everyone has their own rhythm, and it’s just as normal to do your own thing and have some quiet time. We value open and honest communication, and we would be really happy to meet you and show you our home. We hope to find someone who is willing to take on the main tenancy of the flat. The move-in date would be 1 February 2027, or by arrangement.

Wir sind Joelle (25) und Ludwig (42). Ich (Joelle) studiere Architektur im Master. Nebenbei arbeite ich in einem Büro in Zürich. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden, gehe Bouldern oder macht Ausflüge in die Natur. Ausserdem fotografiere und zeichne ich gerne. Ich (Ludwig) bin Umweltingenieur und arbeitet seit Mai in St. Gallen. Ich bin gerne in der Natur, fahre Motorrad, bin technikaffin und mag elektronische Musik. We are Joelle (25) and Ludwig (42). I (Joelle) am studying for a Master’s degree in Architecture. Alongside my studies, I work at an architecture firm in Zurich. In my free time, I enjoy meeting up with friends, going bouldering, or taking trips into nature. I also like photography and drawing. I (Ludwig) am an environmental engineer and have been working in St. Gallen since May. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going motorcycling, and listening to electronic music.
