La habitación
The flat is close to Stettbach and Altried, and all campuses of UZH and ETH are reachable within 30-45 min at most door to door. We are close to nature but very well connected to amenities such as different grocery stores (Migros, Aldi) and the Glattzentrum mall. If you are interested in becoming our new roommate, please send an Email to wg104newtenants@gmail.com. Before you apply please make sure you are eligible to rent at WOKO on their website: https://www.woko.ch/en/our-service/who-is-eligible-to-rent. From 03.11.2026 to 31.01.2026, this will be a subletting agreement. The main contract begins afterwards, but could ideally be signed immediately alongside the subletting agreement. The room is unfurnished, although there is a bed, desk, shelving, and reading chair available for free during the subtenancy, and available for purchase during the main tenancy (at a reduced price).
Buscamos
We are looking for someone who is friendly, likes to do stuff occasionally, non-smoker and does their chores :) We enjoy hanging out together occasionally but it's also completely fine if you need some alone time.
Somos
There are four people in total (including you). We are two students from ETH, and one from UZH. Two men and one women, all between 19-24.
