La habitación
The room is large and bright (around 15m²), with two windows, one facing south and the other east. We live in a spacious 4.5-room apartment with two balconies, a big sunny living room, and a nice view of the forest. Attached to the entrance, there is a nice eating area and spacious built-in closets. Every room in the apartment has two windows, so the apartment is filled with light. Since it is on the top floor of the apartment building, it is also extremely quiet and peaceful. Below there is a small garden with a fire-pit suitable for BBQ’s in the summertime. We also have an attic and cellar for extra storage. The apartment is conveniently located, with various shops, two railway stations, the forest, and the river all within walking distance. The tram stop for the 20 and 2 is about a five minute walk. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. Some of the bedroom furniture in the picture will be available for a friendly price. Couples are welcome!
Buscamos
We are looking for a flatmate (or a couple) who is mature, reasonable, easygoing, and independent, and who appreciates a friendly, respectful atmosphere at home while also valuing their own space. At home, we value kindness, cleanliness, and a good balance between a calm and quiet environment and some fun gatherings. Please note that it is necessary that the new flatmate(s) would be able to take over the main tenancy contract for the apartment. This means they should have a combined stable income of around three times the apartment rent.
Somos
You would be sharing the apartment with us, Lara (28) and Jakub (25). Lara is a Portuguese artist studying Fine Arts at ZHdK. She also works as a dance teacher and a waitress. She likes to cook, draw, watch films, go for walks, and hang out. Jakub is a PhD student in the Department of Materials at ETH. In his free time, he enjoys sports like swimming and going to the gym, as well as having in-depth conversations. If everything sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to reach out!
