Einzug: Offiziell ab 1. Dezember (flexibel auch früher ab 1. November möglich!). Ausstattung und Highlights: Dachterrasse mit Grill, Velokeller, eigenes Estrichabteil sowie Wascheinrichtungen in der Wohnung und im Gebäude. Deine Mitbewohnerin: Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit einer herzlichen, ordentlichen und sehr unkomplizierten FX-Prothesen-Künstlerin. Sie ist eine Einheimische aus Zürich und arbeitet etwa 6 Monate im Jahr in New York. Das bietet dir die perfekte Mischung: tolle Gesellschaft, wenn sie da ist, und entspannte Privatsphäre, wenn sie unterwegs ist. Tolle Hausgemeinschaft: Echte Nachbarschaftskultur! Wir haben eine aktive WhatsApp-Gruppe im Haus, über die man sich spontan Zutaten ausleiht oder gemeinsame Abende auf der Dachterrasse organisiert (ehrlich gesagt eines der absoluten Highlights hier).
