As I’m moving out, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, quiet and friendly shared house (WG) on Kapfstrasse. The room is available until September 2027, with the possibility of extending the stay. 🏠 About the house The house is spread over several floors, offering plenty of space: * Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need, two bedrooms and a bathroom. * Basement: laundry room, boiler room, and access to the winter garden and the outdoor garden with a barbecue. * First floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom, and access to the attic, where one of the flatmates has her room. 👋 About the WG You’ll be sharing the house with five other flatmates, all of whom are friendly, quiet and respectful. Everyone has their own routine and commitments, so you can enjoy the shared spaces in a relaxed atmosphere and have your own peace and privacy. 📩 Interested?
