La habitación
The flat has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies and access to a rooftop. We also have great Wi-Fi, so working from home is no problem. We also have Wash machine and dryer in the apartment ! Room available from mid November and date is flexible to be discussed together. Furniture to take over, can be discussed. The room is really sunny, in a calm neighborhood. The total surface of the room is approximately 10m2.

Hey there! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our cozy flat near Kreuzplatz, on one of Zurich’s nicest streets. The area feels a bit like a village while still being super close to everything — the lake is about 7 minutes away, the university 10 minutes, and the main station around 6 minutes by tram. Stadelhofen is 8 minutes away on foot. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who fits well with the vibe of the flat. We’re a very chill and friendly household, and everyone has their own space and their own life. During the day, we usually do our own thing, go to work, see friends or family, etc. At the same time, we enjoy spending time together in the evenings. We often cook, have a chat, watch a movie or simply hang out together. From time to time, we also like going on trips or doing something together in Switzerland. So we’re looking for someone social and easy-going who enjoys sharing some moments with their roommates, but also values having their own space and doing their own thing. We’re not looking for a party flat, but having friends over from time to time is absolutely fine and we are happy about it!
