You are at the 10th floor, with 3 balconies. The private residence also offers 2 big private gardens with ping pong table and benches. Apartment is shared with 2 (cool) persons of 26 and 40 who love to cook and are relaxed, a PhD candidate and an engineer (each one has his own bedroom). The cosy 15 m2 bedroom features a private balcony with view over the Mont blanc, a comfy double bed, beautiful.large wooden desk for working at home, and a superb view over the Mont Blanc and French Alps. It has also 2 big fitted wardrobes. It is super calm and luminous. All amenities at 2 mn walking distance (supermarket Coop, Migros, Denner, Tram 12, 3 Buses, pharmacy, post, shops and restaurants). Tram 12 takes you directly to Rive in 10 mn. There is a tram every 2 mn and tram stop is 2 mn from home. French border is 5 mn away by foot, which is useful to do your shopping in France with extended opening hours and cheaper prices. Apartment has been fully renovated in 2015 with modern quality materials and equipments. Dishwasher. Bosh washing machine. Cascade and Rain shower. Cosy and beautifuly furnished. Flatshare is for 12 months or more, renewable without time limit. Please do not contact us if you can't stay at least 12 months, and let us know for how long you would like to stay.
