Hello, My name is Bai Jie. I am a visiting researcher / associate professor, starting my research stay at WSL Institute (Eidg. Forschungsanstalt WSL, Birmensdorf ZH). I am searching for a furnished shared‑flat room for at least 12 months or longer in Birmensdorf or other places spending 15 mins Train/Bus way to WSL. • Budget: CHF 600‑900 per month, warm rent (all utilities included: electricity, water, heating, internet) • Furnished room (bed, desk, wardrobe etc.) • Room with good sunlight (morning or afternoon sun) • Shared kitchen for cooking • Priority location: Birmensdorf ZH, Aesch ZH, Bonstetten, Uitikon (close to WSL institute). Also consider good‑connected places with reasonable commute. • Move‑in: flexible from November / December 2026 About me: I am a university teacher and associate researcher. I am quiet, clean‑minded, reliable and non‑smoker. I respect flat‑mates’ privacy. I can communicate in English. My official visiting‑scholar permit for WSL is ready. If you have a suitable room or have tips, please write to me. I am available for video‑call or in‑person viewing.
