Nous cherchons
I am looking to sublet my room at Studentlodge Wankdorf from 18 December 2026 until 31 January 2027. The monthly rent is 814 CHF and I am open to negotiating the amount paid from 18 December 2026 to 31 December 2026. The room can only be rented by a girl/woman.
Nous sommes
I am a visiting student at Universität Bern who has no use for a room during the period. You will be sharing the bathroom with a Swiss student who has been living in the building for a few years. We have a shared bathroom cleaning schedule, so that the bathroom is kept tidy. The kitchen is cleaned weekly by the cleaning staff. In the kitchen, you have access to a locked cupboard, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a stovetop etc. Bed linen, duvet + duvet cover, and pillow + pillowcase are provided and cleaned monthly as part of your rent. You will only need to bring your own towels. You have access to three washing machines and dryers in the basement.
À proximité
