Falls du schon Anfang November ein Zimmer suchst oder nur für einen Teil der Zeit, können wir gerne schauen, was wie geht. Die WG hat 2 Stockwerke mit jeweils einem grossen Bad und Küche, wobei vor allem der obere Raum gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, da dort auch das Wohnzimmer ist. Die untere Küche ist gegenüber von dem Zimmer und kann auch als Büro genutzt werden. Bei weiteren Fragen kannst du dich gerne melden. ** Sublet November 2026: I’m looking for a subtenant for my room in a shared flat in 4057 Basel. The room, which is approximately 15m², is available from 5 November to 5 December. The flat shares two floors, each with a large bathroom and kitchen, although the upper floor is mainly used communally as that’s where the big living room is. Die WG ist gross, wir sind 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind. Zwischen 27 bzw 1 und 37 Jahre alt. Wir haben ein sehr gemeinschaftliches Wohnen mit viel Care/ Fürsorge untereinander. und wir finanzieren die WG-Ausgaben inklusiv Essen gemeinsam. So belaufen sich die monatlichen Kosten eigentlich auf 850.- CHF: Miete 640.-, NK und Essenskasse 210.- — gemeinsames Essen und damit Essenskasse ist aber optional, kann also auch nur die 640.- sein. ** The flat is large; there are 6 adults and 1 toddler. Aged between 27 and 37, or the child is 1 year old. We have a very communal co-living, we care for each other. and we share the costs of the flat, including all the food. This means the monthly costs actually amount to 850.- CHF: rent 640.-, utilities and food fund 210.- ~ However, sharing all the food and contributing to the food fund is optional, so it can also be just the 640.-
