La chambre
ca. 11 m2 gross mit Fenster orientiert nach Osten und bietet genügend Platz für Bett und Schreibtisch + kleinen Möbelstück, je nach Vorzug (siehe Bilder). Die Matratze, der Stuhl und der Bocktisch sollten vorzugsweise mit dem Zimmer mitgegeben werden bzw. dort verbleiben. Bitte angeben, ob Sie diese Gegenstände haben möchten oder nicht. Ausserdem gibt es auch Stauräume im Flur und auf dem gemeinsamen Treppenabsatz. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und verfügt über ein Badezimmer und ein WC. Ihr Zimmer befindet sich auf derselben Etage wie das Badezimmer und wird hauptsächlich mit dem Mitbewohner auf dem Flur geteilt. Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie der Balkon werden gemeinsam genutzt. Im Keller stehen 3 Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Der Mietpreis beträgt CHF 507.-/Monat + CHF 10 fürs Internet. EN The room is approximately 11 m² in size with the window facing east and offers enough space for a bed and a desk and/or a small piece of furniture, depending on your preference (see photos). The mattress, chair, and trestle table should preferably be included with the room and remain there. Please indicate whether you would like these items or not. There is also storage space in the hallway and common spaces which can be discussed with your other roomies. The apartment spans two floors and has one bathroom and one toilet. Your room is on the same floor as the bathroom and is primarily shared with the roommate next to you. The kitchen, living/dining room, and balcony are shared. There are 3 washing machines and a dryer available in the basement. The rent is CHF 507 per month plus CHF 10 for internet. - - - - - - - - - - - I will most likely move out before Christmas so it will be possible for you to move in earlier if you'd like.

EN A friendly and independent person, preferably over 26, who would like to move in long term. We all get busy and pretty caught up in our own activities, but enjoy chatting in the evenings while cooking or having a drink every now and then. English is our common language but practicing French, German/Swiss-german (Linda), Dutch, Slovenian (Lucka), Spanish or Romanian (Bartoş) will be possible as well! ;) We like to keep the common areas tidy and maintain a schedule of tasks, while remaining relatively flexible and understanding of the busy periods everyone may experience from time to time. DE Eine freundliche und selbstständige Person, vorzugsweise über 26 Jahre alt, die gerne langfristig bei uns einziehen möchte. Wir sind zwar alle ziemlich beschäftigt und in unsere eigenen Aktivitäten vertieft, geniessen es aber, abends beim Kochen zu plaudern oder ab und zu etwas zusammen zu trinken. Englisch ist unsere gemeinsame Sprache, aber auch Französisch, Deutsch/Schweizerdeutsch (Linda), Niederländisch, Slowenisch (Lucka), Spanisch oder Rumänisch (Bartoş) zu sprechen, wäre möglich! ;) Wir legen Wert darauf, die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich zu halten und einen Aufgabenplan einzuhalten, bleiben dabei aber relativ flexibel und haben Verständnis für die Spitzenzeiten, die jeder von uns von Zeit zu Zeit erlebt. L'anglais est notre langue commune, mais il te sera également possible de pratiquer le français, l'allemand/suisse-allemand (Linda), le néerlandais, le slovène (Lucka), l'espagnol ou le roumain (Bartoş) ! ;) Nous aimons garder les parties communes rangées et respecter un planning de tâches, tout en restant relativement flexibles et compréhensifs face aux périodes chargées que chacun peut traverser de temps à autre.

Lucka (32), originally from Slovenia but have been living abroad for the past 10 years. I am relatively new in Bern, although by now it's been a year 🫠. I am working part time jobs, learning German and will start a course at PHBern in November. I love long walks along the Aare in the winter and swimming in the summer and just looove dancing all night long, all year around. other than that, I like drinking coffee, reading, meeting friends and just enjoying the little things. Linda (36), I've been in the WG the longest and am currently finishing my PhD in biology at Fribourg University. I am a strong frisbee enjoyer and love spending time outside doing various activities, enjoying the saunas in the winter or having friends over for game nights. Bartoş (37), originally from Romania. I've been here for over 5 years and work as a tour guide in Bern and around Switzerland. When I'm not working I love traveling, riding my motorcycle, relaxing at a spa or spending time in nature.
