DE Für unsere 3er-WG suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für ein grosszügiges, ca. 16 m² grosses Zimmer (4.40 × 3.70 m). Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und dadurch super hell. Es ist unmöbliert und bietet viel Platz, um es ganz nach deinen Vorstellungen einzurichten. Der Kleiderschrank könnte bei Interesse eventuell übernommen werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine helle Küche mit Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Ausserdem haben wir eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler direkt in der Wohnung. Miete: CHF 869.– / Monat, alles inklusive Kaution: 3 Monatsmieten Einzug: ab 16. November (eventuell auch ein paar Tage früher nach Absprache) Wir möchten gerne am Wochenende vom 24. und 25. Oktober 2026 Besichtigungen organisieren. Dabei kannst du dir das Zimmer und die Wohnung anschauen und gleichzeitig die anderen WG-Mitglieder kennenlernen. ENG We are looking for a new flatmate for our 3-person WG to take over a spacious room of approximately 16 m² (4.40 × 3.70 m). The room is south-facing, making it wonderfully bright throughout the day. It is unfurnished and offers plenty of space to furnish and decorate it according to your own taste. The wardrobe could potentially be taken over if interested. The apartment has a bright kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. We also have a washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment. Rent: CHF 869.– / month, all-inclusive Deposit: 3 months’ rent Move-in: from 16 November (possibly a few days earlier by arrangement) We would like to invite interested people to view the room and apartment and meet the other flatmates over the weekend of 24–25 October 2026.
