Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern sowie einer Küche und einem Badezimmer und hat insgesamt 78 m2. Das vermietete Zimmer ist hell und mit 18 m2 grosszugig geschnitten. Es hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon Ausserdem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, das gerne mitgestaltet werden darf. Die Lage ist zentral: Coop und der Bahnhof Basel SBB sind in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Der Margarethenpark liegt direkt nebenan. Die Tramlinien 2 und 16 und die Buslinie 36 sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Die Blauensteinerstrasse ist eine gemutliche Quartierstrasse mit einer freundlichen, familiaren Atmosphare. Es hat auch eine Tischtennisplatte vor dem Haus.
