A bright and genuinely spacious 28 m² room with its own private balcony in a large shared house in Horgen. The room has beautiful wooden flooring, several windows, lots of natural light and a large built-in wardrobe. With 28 m² there is plenty of space for a proper sleeping area, desk/home office and a separate sitting area, so it feels much more spacious than a typical WG room. The house has a large shared kitchen, living and dining area, a big garden with outdoor seating, laundry room, sauna with cold-water basin and additional storage space. The bathroom/WC on this floor is shared with only two other housemates. The current rental arrangement also includes a garage parking space and an outdoor parking space. Rent: CHF 1,498 net rent + CHF 150 ancillary costs + CHF 150 parking arrangement = CHF 1,798/month total. Available from 01.11.2026. An earlier takeover may also be possible by agreement.

We’re looking for a working professional who is reliable, easy-going and respectful, and who enjoys living with others while still appreciating their own space. Ideally you’re looking for somewhere to stay longer term and would be happy to become part of the house rather than simply renting a room. Nous sommes
We are a mixed shared house of working people, with 9 residents in total. It’s a large house with plenty of communal space, so although there are several of us, everyone can easily have their own privacy and do their own thing. At the same time, there is always the possibility to chat, cook together or spend some time in the garden when people feel like it. The atmosphere is relaxed and independent rather than a party WG. Everyone has their own routine, and we simply appreciate having a friendly and respectful home together.
