La chambre
A furnished 15 m² room in a shared flat on the 6th floor, available from 1 December 2026. It comes with a single bed, a desk and some other furniture. From the balcony you have an amazing view over the city. The rent is all inclusive, and the deposit is two months’ rent. The contract is open ended with a minimum stay of one year. The building has a laundry floor with washing machines and you get space in the cellar. A parking spot is also available for a monthly fee paid to the building management.
Nous cherchons
A friendly and reliable flatmate who is happy to share a clean and relaxed home. Each of us takes care of one cleaning task per week for the common area of the house. The common area of the house comes with a large open living room, a kitchen with large table (we have microwave oven, an oven, dishwasher and air frier), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a large balcony with table.
Nous sommes
Den, 33, Italian, working as a researcher at the University of Bern, and Arsenii, 22, a student. We speak English at home. We get along well and keep the flat calm and tidy, and we enjoy a chat in the kitchen now and then.
À proximité
Three supermarkets are within a short walk: Migros, Denner and Otto's. For a walk or a run there is the Brünnengut park. Tram 8 right outside the building takes you to Bern main station in about 17 minutes.
