Location: 5 minute walk from Morges train station and 5 minutes from the lake From: as soon as possible, long term preferred. Rent: Contract CHF 1400 incl. utilities per month. Utilities: 315 CHF/ month 6 month contract minumum with a possibility of an unlimited extension The apartment itself was fully renovated less than two years ago, so everything is fresh and modern. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, bed linen, and towels, so it has literally everything you would need. Plus, a cleaning lady comes every Friday to take care of the common areas it is already included in the price, which keeps the place tidy and stress free. Additionally, the building has a storage space in the attic and a shared laundry and drying area in the basement. The apartment is AVAILABLE immediately.

Someone CLEAN, quiet, respectful, and easygoing, but also someone who enjoys a bit of company now and then, preferably someone who has experience living in shared spaces before, but we are not picky. We do not expect constant hangouts, but dinners, a movie night, or a chat over tea would be lovely. Basic English fluency is preferred. Overall, someone who wants a home, not just a room.

We are two friends female, 21 and 19, one is a full time student in Geneva, and the other works in an insurance company in Nyon. We are Russian and Swiss. Our home vibe is peaceful, warm, and respectful. We love to cook together, enjoy walks by the lake, often play music in the kitchen, and overall like a clean and calm space to come back to after long days.
