Chambre en colocation à Zürich, CHF 1150
La chambre
The apartment (110sqm) is fully-furnished, and comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a bicycle room in the building and additional storage in the cellar. The flat is in a great location, with many amenities (supermarkets, gyms, parks, shops, etc) within minutes of walking distance. The room itself is spacious (14.27sqm), fully-furnished and comes with its own private bathroom. As I will be moving abroad, priority will be given if to those willing to take over the room with all furniture, appliances and other items at a cost. More details will be shared during the viewing. Most of these items were bought new personally and have been used for less than 2 years, so they are still in excellent working condition :) Ideal for students, working adults moving to Zürich with little/no pre-existing furniture of their own! There is no deposit required and in addition to the rent, there are also some monthly shared costs - Wi-Fi, electricity and Züri-sacks.
