La chambre
Third-floor room, the largest in the house, with its own small balcony and basic furniture (bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, IKEA wardrobe). Shares a toilet with two ETH PhD students on the same floor and a bathroom with downstairs roommates (all male). Access to basement washing machine, kitchen dishwasher, shared drying racks, and the second-floor living room and balcony as common areas.
Nous cherchons
A male tenant who is clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. Someone quiet and respectful of housemates, ideally a student or young professional. Must be reliable with rent and willing to contribute to keeping common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room) clean and organized. No smoking indoors.
Nous sommes
Two Chinese ETH PhD students on the third floor, and on the second floor one Chinese ZHdK master's student and one Ukrainian roommate. All male, friendly and respectful of shared living spaces.

Coop/Migros/Denner supermarkets are a 10-minute walk; the lake is 7 minutes away. Erlenbach train station is an 8-minute walk, and bus 918 stops right outside (5 min to Küsnacht station), reaching ETH/UZH main campus in about 30 minutes.
