any nice room in the Zurich area. I have plenty of experience living in shared housing with all sorts of dynamics, from the very social ones to the more individualistic, and I had a great time in all of them. My main priority is a friendly, positive atmosphere.
Über mich
Oliwer. I'm a 23-years-old student from Poland, currently pursuing a MSc in Quantitative Finance jointly between ETH and UZH. I am a very relaxed, unproblematic person. Being an ETH student, it probably won’t surprise you that I spend most of my time studying. However, I do value having a healthy balance between work and enjoying life. My hobbies fluctuate from time to time, but over the years I’ve played squash and ping pong, practiced bouldering, Jiu Jitsu and taekwondo (this one at a pretty high level), played decent chess (although my golden years are behind me… I’m stuck at 2000 chess.com elo), and I am surprisingly good at table foosball. Besides sports, I love mountains and board games, and I enjoy simply having a chat, watching a movie, or going for a walk. I've been living in shared housing since I was 15, so it’s really my natural habitat. Throughout these 8 years I always got along very well with all of my flatmates, we had good vibes, no drama, and I’m friends with many of them up to this day. What I value in living together is a peaceful, friendly environment. I like to keep things positive and communicate openly, I’m the last person to be upset, hold a grudge or anything like that. I would definitely love to become good friends with whoever I live with, but I also have a lot of respect for personal space and the need to have some alone time. Other than that, I like to keep things reasonably clean and organized. On the organizational side, I do meet all of the JUWO/WOKO conditions and I have some flexibility regarding the moving date (anything from the beginning of October to the second week of November works for me). I’m also currently learning German so in a few months, hopefully, I will be able to communicate in it if that’s your preferred language.
