I am looking for someone to rent a fully furnished room of around 20 sqm in a spacious and well-connected apartment in Berninaplatz, Zurich. The apartment consists of: * 2 bedrooms - your room is around 20 sqm * Large living room of almost 30 sqm * Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table * Bathroom with bathtub and shower * The bedroom, living room and kitchen are already furnished, so you will not need to bring any furniture (you don't see the bed in the picture but I just put one - I can send you a picture in the next days) The apartment is in a very convenient location, with excellent public transport connections: * Irchelpark and the University of Zurich (Irchel campus) are nearby * Tram 51 takes you directly to Zurich HB * Tram 10 takes you directly to Zurich Airport and Central * Only 2 stops from Oerlikon train station * Only 2 stops from Milchbuck, where you can also catch trams 7 and 9 and numerous buses The location is ideal if you study at UZH or work in the city centre, Oerlikon or near the airport. The room is ideally available for a limited period, until December/January/February, with the exact duration to be agreed together depending on your needs.
