The room is approximately 20m², very bright and can be rented furnished or unfurnished (open to discussion). It’s part of a charming 80m² flat on the second floor, with a spacious shared living room and a balcony. The apartment is already nicely furnished, but there’s room to bring your own things and make yourself at home.
Wir suchen
I’m not just looking for someone to share the rent with, but rather someone nice to live with, who is open, reliable and enjoys being part of a shared life. A harmonious atmosphere and open communication are important to me. I also enjoy cooking together, having brunch or coffee now and then and, most importantly, I’m looking for someone who feels comfortable and at home here.
Wir sind
A little about me: I’m Saskia (33), quite active and enjoy whatever the city has to offer, like sports, dancing or working in my atelier. During the week, however, I spend most evenings at home cooking. I enjoy being out just as much as spending cosy evenings at home. Sooo, would love to hear a bit about you :)

I’m renting a room in my 80m² flat in Kreis 4 close to Bäckeranlage in a quiet area. Close by is tram and bus stop Bäckeranlage, a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee places and bars.
