The space suits a couple best: with two rooms separated by a wall, you can have a bedroom and your own living room, so you have privacy together and still enjoy the rest of the house. But it’s also perfect for one person who loves lots of space, maybe for a home office, a studio, or just room to breathe. You’ll fit in well if you: - like a big, lively house and enjoy sharing it, whether that’s an evening by the fireplace, time in the garden or a chat in the kitchen -are friendly and respectful in a household with different ages and routines. Katerina works in research and Christian is still at school, so you’d live alongside a family, not just a student flat. -like cats, or at least get along with them. Barnabas takes his job seriously and will want to get to know you. He might get a dog for Christmas. - don’t mind a bit of noise from the drum set, or even better, want to use the hobby room yourself - appreciate space and creativity, like the cellar, the garden house and the hobby room, and have ideas for using them

Who lives here: - Katerina (34) works in research, bakes a lot of cakes - Christian (16), Katerina’s brother, is a student, eats a lot of cakes - Barnabas, the cat, works full-time protecting the house and is always looking for new people to supervise We all like to laugh, dance, chill, deep-talk but also to be alone.
