The room is 11 m², bright, and has a large window facing southwest along with parquet flooring – the evening sun always brings in especially beautiful light! The apartment also includes a large, cozy living room and a small but lovely balcony with a view of greenery. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and everything else you need. The apartment also comes with a storage room in the basement, a bike storage room, and a shared laundry room. The apartment is located close to Irchelpark and right at the edge of the forest – perfect for an evening jog. Thanks to the nearby tram stop, you're still very well connected. I'd be happy to hand over the room furnished.
Wir suchen
We're looking for an open-minded, social and easygoing FLINTA person. It would be nice if we didn't just live side by side, but also cooked, chatted, or did things together every now and then. Wir sind
We are Eva (23, from the Netherlands), Anaïs (22, from France) and Elke (26, from Ticino, Switzerland). Eva works at a daycare, Anaïs in hospitality and Elke as an architect. English is our common language, but you're welcome to practice your German, French, Dutch or Italian with us. We're all pretty active and often out and about. Still, we enjoy spending time together, cooking, eating, or just hanging out.
