Bright, light-filled, non-smoking apartment. Quiet room, approx. 18 sq m, with one large and one small window facing east. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Newly renovated, very clean and well-maintained. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. Parking available, no resident permit required. Small park for jogging right outside the door. The English Garden is approx. 2 km away. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a table, a bedside table, and a pull-out sofa bed with storage (150 x 200 cm). Washing machine available in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, dishwasher, and individual shelves. Bathroom with shower/bathtub and window. €600 rent, plus €100 monthly utilities. We zoeken
This is a quiet apartment. We are looking for quiet applicants with stable employment, preferably with regular office hours. I prefer a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere to partying. I work as an IT consultant and am often on the road visiting clients. When I'm not visiting clients, I work from home. In the evenings, I enjoy a glass of wine and am always open to a chat.
Over ons
Within a radius of approximately 1 km you'll find Vapiano, Edeka, Media Markt, Basic, DM, Aldi, and Rossmann. There's a cinema in the immediate vicinity of Arabellapark. The Ostbahnhof (East Train Station) and the English Garden towards the Friedensengel (Angel of Peace) are also within easy reach. Everything is easily accessible by bicycle. Overall, a very quiet building with 12 units. A mix of young and old residents.
