Gas, Wasser, Strom und Internet sind inklusive. Zum Zimmer, Hell und nach vorne ausgerichtet: Im 1. Stock mit viel Tageslicht. Voll möbliert Details können wir gerne besprechen. Küche und Wohnzimmer werden mit zwei anderen Personen geteilt. Die Waschmaschine wird mit den anderen Bewohnerinnen geteilt. Auf der sonnigen Terrasse könnt ihr die Sonne genießen. Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt und die Uni mit dem Fahrrad.

We are two housemate who studies, I also have a part time job. In our free time, we enjoy a variety of hobbies, cycling, jugging, reading books, playing board, card, or video games with friends, going to the gym and cooking something new together with friends. We already have some shared-apartment experience, so we have clear expectations regarding cleanliness and what I value in a flat-share. We always enjoy doing activities together, but I also respect and need personal space.
