Das schöne und vor allem große Zimmer liegt im zweiten Stock eines Altbauhauses, die Wohnung befindet sich im Vorderhaus des selbigen und das zu vergebene Zimmer ist zum Innenhof gelegen. Mit rund 18 qm ist es super geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz um sich zu entfalten. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet sowie ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank und Nachttische sind vorhanden. Ebenso sind bereits Gardinen vorhanden. Die 3-Zimmer Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der man auch mit einigen Leuten gemütlich sitzen kann. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Insgesamt hat man, neben dem eigenen Zimmer, recht viel Platz in der Wohnung, welche eine Größe von 90 qm hat. Das WC ist separat vom Wannenbad zu betreten, was als deutlicher Pluspunkt zu werten ist, da man sich so nicht in die Quere kommt! At approximately 18 square meters, it's very roomy and offers plenty of space to relax. The room is furnished and includes a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables. Curtains are also provided. The 3-room apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, large enough for several people to comfortably sit together. A washing machine is available for shared use. In addition to the room itself, the apartment offers a generous 90 square meters of living space. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is a definite plus, as it prevents any awkwardness.

English Below Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist mir wichtig - bisher haben wir wöchentlich abwechselnd geputzt und das hat super funktioniert, weshalb ich das gerne so beibehalten würde. Die Wohnung und die darin enthaltenen Möbel sollen pfleglich behandelt werden, aber das sollte normal sein! :) Es wäre schön, wenn du bereits WG-Erfahrung vorweisen kannst. Jegliche Formen von Sexismus, Rassismus oder andere unreflektierte Haltungen haben natürlich keinen Platz! Umso mehr freue ich mich auf Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit und denkende Menschen. Falls du alles bis zum Ende gelesen hast und dich angesprochen fühlst, schreib uns doch nen netten Text über dich! :) Cleanliness in the apartment is important to me—so far, we've taken turns cleaning weekly, and that's worked really well, so I'd like to keep it that way. The apartment and its furniture should be treated with care, but that should go without saying! :) It would be great if you already have experience living in a shared apartment. Any form of sexism, racism, or other thoughtless attitudes are, of course, unacceptable! I'm especially looking forward to someone who can handle conflict and criticism and who thinks critically. Englis Below Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, studiere Wirtschaftspsychologie und werde pünktlich zu deinem Einzug mein Praktikum beenden um meine Bachelorarbeit zu schreiben. Ich wohne auch erst seit Februar in Zurich, allerdings schon zum zweiten Mal. Wenn ich nicht studiere, verreise oder arbeite, treibe ich mich in Cafés, Bars, im Park und auf Flohmärkten rum, treibe (mehr oder weniger regelmäßig haha) Sport, bin mit Freunden on tour, lese gern und am Wochenende wird auch gerne mal das Tanzbein geschwungen, des öfteren bin ich im Sisy oder in der Bucht anzutreffen. Ich bin sehr gesellig und liebend gern mit Menschen, allerdings brauche ich auch öfter Zeit für mich. I'm 24 years old, studying business psychology, and will be finishing my internship just in time for you to move in so I can start writing my bachelor's thesis. I've only been living in Zurich since February, but this is my second time living here. When I'm not studying, traveling, or working, I hang out in cafes, bars, parks, and flea markets, do sports (more or less regularly, haha), go out with friends, enjoy reading, and like to hit the dance floor on weekends. You can often find me at Sisy or Bay. I'm very sociable and love being around people, but I also need time to myself.
