La habitación
Ca. 15m², hell, möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Bürostuhl, Spiegelschrank, LED-Leuchten etc.). Wenn du eigene Möbel mitbringst, können wir diese gerne auf dem Dachboden einlagern. Im Flur haben wir viele Pflanzen. Die Küche ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber in den nächsten zwei Wochen frisch renoviert! Yeah!!! Die Miete beträgt 690 Franken zzgl. ca. 65 Franken Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Bilag, 10 Gbit Internetanschluss). _______________ Approx. 15m², bright, furnished (bed, table, office chair, mirrored cabinet, LED lights, etc.). If you bring your own furniture, we can store it in the attic. We have lots of plants in the hallway. The kitchen is a bit dated, but will be freshly renovated in the next two weeks! Yeah!!! The rent is 690.- francs plus approximately 65.- francs for utilities (heating, electricity, Bilag, 10 Gbit internet connection).
