The apartment offers the following features: * Laminate flooring in the rooms, tiled kitchen and bathroom * Plenty of natural light thanks to large windows * Kitchen with island and granite countertops, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and large refrigerator * Private bathroom with bathtub/toilet * Washing machine and dryer * Built-in wardrobes in the entrance area * Conservatory * The train station is about 10 minutes away by bus, providing excellent connections to the entire region. Zurich city center is best reached by tram from Seebach, and the airport is also easily accessible. The A1 motorway is just 2 to 3 minutes away by car, offering optimal access to the Swiss motorway network. A kindergarten, various schools, an outdoor swimming pool, sports fields, and numerous shopping facilities are all within easy reach.

Ich suche ab dem 1. Januar 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung einen neuen Mitbewohner für mein Zimmer. Idealerweise bist du zwischen 23 und 35 Jahre alt, Student oder berufstätig, sprichst und verstehst Deutsch/Schweizerdeutsch und bist an einer mittel- bis langfristigen Mietdauer interessiert. Du bist aufgeschlossen und schätzt ein angenehmes Wohnumfeld. Wenn es deine Zeit erlaubt, würdest du gerne mal mit mir essen gehen oder dich angeregt unterhalten. Du legst Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit, bist rücksichtsvoll und kommst im Allgemeinen gut mit anderen aus – wenn das auf dich zutrifft, passt du perfekt in diese WG.
