Das Zimmer
This bright room is approximately 18 m² and offers enough space for a bed, wardrobe, and desk. The walls have recently been freshly painted, so you can decorate the room to your liking. The rent is CHF 565 per month, including all utilities (Serafe), internet, electricity, and heating. A security deposit of 1.5 months' rent is required. The kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room, and balcony are shared. A freezer is also available for shared use in the basement, and there is some additional storage space for a few boxes. The room is available immediately, but I am flexible regarding a later move-in date.
Wir suchen
I am looking for an easy going, reliable roommate who is interested in a pleasant and relaxed shared living situation. Cleanliness and order are important to me, especially in shared spaces. Therefore, I'm looking for someone who shares similar values and naturally contributes to keeping things tidy. If you think we might be a good fit, please send me a few lines about yourself. Name, age, current occupation, hobbies, and how you would describe your own level of tidiness and cleanliness.
Wir sind
I'm […], 26, and I'm studying and working. I enjoy spending time relaxing at home. In my free time, I've recently started dancing, trying out new gluten-free recipes, and meeting up with friends. If you're interested and think we could be a good roommate, please feel free to contact me directly. I'll try to reply as soon as possible and look forward to hearing from you.
