The room
Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 m2 im EG einer 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung, mitten in der Altstadt Baden. Es wird unmöbeliert vermietet. Das Haus ist aus Ziegel und Beton gebaut mit hohen Türrahmen und angenehmer Temperatur in dieser Hitze. Die Wohnung kommt mit Innenhof, super für Pflanzen im Frühling. Dazu wird die Küche noch renoviert. Zürich HB ist nur 15 Minuten im Zug entfernt. Der Hönggerberg Campus ist ca. 35 Minuten und das PSI auch nur 20 min im ÖV entfernt. In der Miete ist der Internetanschluss eingerechnet. Da Zimmer steht schon frei, kann also vor Oktober schon bezogen werden. The room is about 11 sqm on the ground floor of a 3.5 room apartment in the middle of the old town of Baden. It will be unfurnished. The house being built by brick and concrete keeps the interior cool in this high heat. The flat includes a little courtyard, great for plant lovers, and the kitchen will be renovated as well. Zurich main station is only a 15 minute train ride. The Hönggerberg Campus is about 35 minutes, and the PSI is also only 20 minutes away. The rent includes internet access. The room is already empty, so you could move in before October.

We are looking for someone who appreciates the location in the old town and who might even take over as primary tenant of Juwo (in 6 months). About us
We are two masters students (f 27 and m 27) at the end of our studies at ETH. We like to cook, watch movies, play games and find new experiences, especially with friends. Y Vi will be moving out coming January and I (Tamino) am finishing in April 2027. If you are set to stay longer, you will of course have priority in choosing the next roommates!
