Watch out: fraudsters with a new trick!
- Never transfer money before a valid lease has been signed.
- Never send money via online banking, money transfer services or supposed Airbnb links before the contract is signed.
- Always view the flat yourself before you sign a contract.
- Anyone who lives abroad and wants to send the keys by post is always a fraudster.
