The room
The room is 22 m², bright and gets lovely morning sun. There is also a second room available in the flat, which is 18 m² and costs CHF 1150. The 3.5 room flat was completely renovated a few months ago. It has a new kitchen with an open living and dining area, a dishwasher, and, as a highlight, its own washing machine and dryer. There is also a cosy balcony, accessed from the kitchen, overlooking the quiet, green courtyard. A refundable security deposit of 3530.- is due upon signing the sublease agreement.

I’m looking for an easygoing flatmate who enjoys a friendly atmosphere at home. If you’re up for a chat now and then and know that the flat doesn’t clean itself, even better :)
About us
I’m Stephanie, 25, currently finishing my teacher training in history while working in retail. Outside uni and work, I’m usually doing yoga, out on my bike or going for a swim in Lake Zurich. I love being outdoors, travelling and making the most of Zurich. With my best friend, I also run a small yoga and community project, which brings together two things I really enjoy: movement and meeting people. The Milchbuck stop is just a one minute walk away. From there, it takes about 10 minutes by tram to the city centre, Zurich HB, and ETH/University Centre. The Irchelpark and the University of Zurich Irchel ist literally next door.
