The room
3.5m x 6m =21m² 690 all inclusive Bright and spacious private living area in a 3.5-room apartment near Zurich Oerlikon. The entire living room is partitioned to you, creating a cozy, private space with plenty of natural light. You'll have access to a large balcony (shared with one other roommate). The space is fully furnished and move-in ready (there is a double bed, two wardrobes, two chairs, and a dressing table). The entire apartment is approximately 100 m² and has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (you'll share one with another roommate), a lift, bicycle storage and shared laundry room on the top floor. The apartment sits at a very convenient location with excellent access to public transport, supermarkets and other activities. It is a 20-minute-walk away from Oerlikon. This is a sublet, and you will sign a sublease agreement directly with the main tenant. Move-in date is very flexible, anytime from the start to the end of January is fine. You can keep the apartment for as long as you like, which you can indicate in your sublease agreement.

About us
You would be sharing the apartment with two PhD students from UZH (both girls in their 20s). We keep a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the apartment, enjoying occasional chat in the kitchen while respecting each other's space. Privacy is very well respected living here. Both flatmates are very considerate of the shared layout and make a conscious effort to keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing your personal space. The apartment is generally very quiet, so you can comfortably study, relax, and enjoy your own space without interruptions.
