From 01.11.2026 (4-6 months, flexible), 1 bedroom in 2-shared flat (with 1 female roommate) CHF 1,100.- per month (all incl.)+ CHF 100 cleaning fee per month, a deposit of CHF 1,500 is required upon signature of the rental agreement. TEMPORARY fully furnished BEDROOM (9.5 sqm) in a shared flat (74 sqm) with one female roommate (a professional in her 40s). Your bedroom is fully furnished in a minimalistic style (bed, clothes hanging rack and desk, and if you want, you'll get bed sheets/ towels). It has a window you can fully open. The whole flat is fully furnished and equipped with most of the stuff one needs. We share: a living room with a nice view and big windows/ access to the shared balcony, kitchen with all you need (dishwasher, fridge, freezer), bathroom with bath/ shower (with a window), hall with wardrobe to share. We have floor heating and a lift in the building. The washing room is shared according to a plan – the laundry fees are included in the rent. Dein Schlafzimmer ist komplett in einem minimalistischen Stil eingerichtet (Bett, Kleiderstange und kleiner Schreibtisch, und wenn du magst, erhältst du Bettwäsche / Handtücher). Es hat ein Fenster, das man vollständig öffnen kann. Die gesamte Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Wir teilen: das Wohnzimmer mit sehr schöner Aussicht und grossen Fenstern/ Zugang zum gemeinschaftlichen Balkon, Küche mit allem, was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und grosser separater Gefrierschrank, Geschirr, Kochutensilien), Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche (mit Fenster), Flur mit Garderobe zur Mitbenutzung. Wir haben Fussbodenheizung und einen Gebäudeaufzug. Der Waschraum wird nach einem Plan im Gebäude mitbenutzt (2 völlig neue Waschmaschinen, 2 Tumbler, ein Trockenraum stehen zu deiner Verfügung) – Die Wäschegebühren sind in der Miete enthalten. Eine sehr nette Putzfrau kommt ca. alle 3 Wochen für 3 Stunden (sie putzt auch die Schlafzimmer).
We are looking for
Someone who likes to live in a clean and tidy place and needs a temporary option. Preferred roommates are interns/ working professionals. The ad here is for 1 person / 1 roommate (no couples or similar suggestions please, also no pets). You must have a liability insurance that covers you in Zurich (for the flat, building, etc.). Jemand, der gerne in einem sauberen und aufgeräumten Ort lebt und eine vorübergehende Option braucht. Bevorzugte Mitbewohner sind Praktikanten/ Berufstätige. Die Anzeige hier ist für 1 Person / 1 Mitbewohner (bitte keine Paare oder ähnliche Vorschläge, keine Haustiere). Du solltest eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben, die dich in der Schweiz deckt (für die Wohnung, das Gebäude, usw.).
