The room
This is a private room, not shared. There is a separate room inside the room that includes a shower and toilet. The kitchen and washing machine are in the common area. The owner will provide the following furniture: a bed, a refrigerator with a freezer, a desk, a chair, and a small shelf. Please note that this is part of a facility for the visually impaired (Stiftung Mühlehalde). Noise at night is prohibited, but there are no other strict restrictions. Parts of the facility are open to the general public. While most of the residents are students, there is no rule stating that only students can live there. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to Zurich HB Station on a single tram. Considering the location, I think it's very affordable for a private room.
We are looking for
I am the current resident and am looking for a new tenant to shorten the notice period. Since this is not a shared room, there will be no interviews with other residents. You only need to make a contract with the owner.
