The room
Newly renovated 1.5-room studio apartment, available from December 1, 2026. Bright, open-plan living, sleeping and kitchen area with a private bathroom. Quiet, comfortable and ideal for one person. Furniture takeover: To make moving out and moving in easier, I'd like to pass on the recently-bought furniture, very well fitting to the space the space (bed, sofa, table, wardrobe, etc.), for CHF 486.50 in total (25% of the original price).
We are looking for
A friendly, reliable and considerate new tenant who will enjoy the apartment and take good care of it. Note especially for students: As a general rental affordability guideline, your monthly income should be at least 3 times the rent. If you don't meet this requirement yourself, a financially suitable (Swiss) guarantor (e.g. a parent) may be an option, subject to the landlord's approval.
