The room
Furnished 12 qm room in a WOKO shared flat of 7. The flat has two bathrooms and one modern kitchen, including a big dining table and an enclosed couch area. Night stand, drawer and ALEX organizer can potentially be taken over. Other furniture is provided by WOKO.

A responsible person that is looking for more than a shared flat - but a community where you can share laughters and conversations in the kitchen.
About us
You will be living together with 6 ETH, UZH and ZHAW students, both Bachelors and Masters. I am subletting my room until January (this is when I can terminate my contract), since I am moving out. You can potentially even take over the room after January, by becoming a permanent tenant. Please only apply if you fulfill the WOKO requirements. I prefer to sublet my room to a person who is willing to take over the room for the entire duration (end of October/beginning of November to January 2027). Please introduce yourself quickly, let me know where and what you study and what you do in your free time. Please let me know if you can sublet the room from beginning of November to end of January!

10 minutes by foot to Winterthur HB, 15 minutes to city centre, trains run regularly to Zurich main station (regional (20 mins) and long-distance (30 mins)). Location is ideal for ZHAW, ETH and UZH students.
