The room
It's a 3.5 room flat, not very big but well laid out (ca. 60 m2), with a balcony. The room that I'm subrenting is not big but furnished with a bed, a hanging rail, a small table and chair. The room is located on the courtyard side of the flat and so it's very quiet.
We are looking for
I'm looking for a flatmate who's communicative, respectful and who keeps sharing areas clean and tidy (bathroom and kitchen). I'm flexible with the moving dates.
