The room is 17.4 m² with lots of natural light and beautiful wooden floors. It has well-insulated windows and is unfurnished. The flat is in a building from the 30s, located at lively Lindenplatz. We share a spacious living room, a relatively large kitchen, and a balcony. There is also a shared rooftop terrace with the other tenants in the building, a storage space in the attic, a laundry room with two washing machines and one tumble dryer, and a bike cellar
We are looking for
We are looking for a new roommate to join our beautiful and spacious flat in Altstetten. If you are between 25 and 50 years old, mindful of the people around you, communicative, and would like to live in an open and honest atmosphere, we would love to hear from you. We prefer someone who is interested in staying long-term. We cook separately, but like to chat in the kitchen or on the balcony, watch a movie every now and then, go for a swim or a hike, or go to other events together. We are happy to spend time together, but also appreciate having our own space and time to ourselves. We are looking for someone who is experienced with shared household living.
About us
Joanne (29) is self-employed in research and design and also works in a keto product shop. She likes to pick up lots of creative hobbies for a while and then rotate them: making music, DJing, doing pottery, sewing, drawing, painting. She is always up for new experiences and small adventures. Sybill (43) likes to get lost in novels and biographies of other people. She burns for art and works as a movie operator. Sybill takes care of 19 creatures called plants. She is hobbyless. We both speak English and German.
