Bright, fully furnished room in a comfortable shared apartment in Zürich. 250 CHF/week or 1000 CHF / month for females only. Availability from 15 November for short stays, ideally 1–8 weeks. Flexible dates and particularly suitable for a weekly commuter, visiting professional, consultant or someone temporarily based in Zürich. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Utilities and internet included. I live in the apartment and am looking for someone independent, tidy and considerate. Bedding can be included for a small fee for laundering Shorter stays possible; weekly rate depending on length and days of stay. ID, short video/in-person meeting and deposit required before confirmation. Standard UMS Sublet Contract.

Looking for a female only (friendly, independent and considerate) person needing a temporary base in Zürich. Ideally a weekly commuter, visiting professional or someone here for a short-term work/project stay. Short stays and flexible dates preferred. I value a relaxed, respectful home and someone who is tidy and comfortable living independently.
About us
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m female and a professional in my 50s, originally from Canada/Ireland, and have been living in Zürich for several years.I work from home M-F 9-6pm so need someone that is outside the home during these times due to work or school. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and independent. I enjoy being active, getting outdoors and having a comfortable home.
