Room in a flat share in Zürich, CHF 1050
The room
Furnished room with a view of the Uetliberg. The apartment is bright and spacious, featuring a sunny balcony with a lovely view. It is well-furnished. A parking space can be rented additionally if needed (+135.00). The room is suitable for weekday commuters (rent reduced by CHF 220.00) or for a short-term stay. All costs—such as internet, cleaning services, heating, cleaning supplies, etc.—are already included. The bathroom is shared. I am still working, despite being of retirement age (67). In special case also a couple can rent the room. Good connections to Zurich main station (trains every 20 minutes); the lake is 12 minutes away, and there are beautiful hiking opportunities right on the doorstep. The building is 20 years old and constructed to Minergie standards.
